BOOKING DEPOSIT

At the time of booking, the client shall deposit Victoria Van Linge Media 25% of the full session cost as a non-refundable deposit. This non-refundable deposit will be

accounted for toward the full balance of this agreement, which is to be paid on the date of the session.

Payment methods: Credit or Debit Card.

TURNAROUND TIME

Clients can expect their personalized, professionally edited lifestyle gallery 1-3 weeks after the date of the session.

Elopement and wedding gallery turnaround time varies. Contact for details.

RETOUCHING

Retouching is not included in packages. It is available as an add on. If you would like to add on general retouching (undesired objects, dirty surfaces, patchy grass, etc.) or facial retouching (light smoothing of the skin, blemish removal, fine line/wrinkle removal and whitening of teeth), there is an additional fee.

Please inform me upon booking if you'd like your images retouched. All special requests must be made at the time of booking. Additional requests shall not be accepted at any point thereafter.

RAW + UNEDITED IMAGES

Victoria Van Linge Media reserves the right to not deliver RAW/unedited images.

Images are delivered at Victoria Van Linge Media's discretion, and delivered images may not include all images shot.

CLIENT CONTRACT

Failure of the client to submit a complete contract prior to the session assumes that the client agrees to Victoria Van Linge Media's policies and terms.

If the client fails to submit a complete contract prior to the session, this may permit Victoria Van Linge Media to utilize the images for marketing and advertising purposes.

LATE POLICY

Victoria Van Linge Media prioritizes punctuality and respect for everyone's time. Victoria Van Linge Media understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing clients to be late for their scheduled sessions.

While Victoria Van Linge Media will do their utmost to accommodate late clients, it's important to note that any lateness will result in a reduction of the session time.

The session time officially commences at the scheduled time, regardless of the client's arrival time.

CANCELATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may cancel prior to their session. If canceled, the client is entitled to a refund for any monies paid, except the 25% non-refundable deposit. Upon the first time cancellation, Victoria Van Linge Media will try to accommodate rescheduling the session within 6 months from the date of the original session. If the parties are able to mutually agree on a date to reschedule, the 25% deposit may be used towards that booking. If the session is not rescheduled to a mutually agreed date, within 6 months of the original session date, then the client loses the 25% deposit.

CREATIVE LICENSE

Images are edited at Victoria Van Linge Media's discretion, and delivered images may not include all images shot. Victoria Van Linge Media reserves the creative right to edit and release only those images deemed creditable, professional in quality and within Victoria Van Linge Media’s artistic standards. Photos cannot be rejected by the client on the basis of editing, aesthetics or taste.

EDITING

Editing includes cropping of the image, adjusting white balance, exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows, saturation, color vibrancy and color balancing. Retouching or major manipulations of any kind are not included in standard editing. Clients shall not have the right to edit or alter any images delivered by Victoria Van Linge Media in any manner. Furthermore, clients shall not have the right to request changes in edits on photos delivered by Victoria Van Linge Media in any manner. Further editing to photos after delivery is not permitted.

SECOND LOCATIONS

All packages include one location unless stated otherwise. Second locations may be added on for an additional fee. Inquire for more details.

OUTFIT CHANGES

Outfit changes are not included in standard sessions unless stated otherwise in the session description. Outfit changes may be added on for an additional fee. Inquire for more details.

WEATHER

Victoria Van Linge Media strives to provide clients with the best possible experience during their sessions. In the event that it is actively raining at the start time of your scheduled session, the session will be rescheduled for the next available date that works for both the client and the photographer's schedule. Please note that under no circumstances, other than active rain, will rescheduling due to weather occur.
